F+L Week is the premier event for the Fuels, Lubricants, Base Oils and Additive industries in the Asia-Pacific region. Now in its 22nd year, F+L Week incorporates the Asia-Pacific Base Oil Conference and Fuels & Lubes Asia Conference, and is the flagship knowledge-sharing forum in the region.

F+L Week is the only annual event in the Asia-Pacific lubricants industry with a high level of commercial, technical content, and attracts thought leaders from throughout the globe. The 2017 event also included the inaugural F+L Awards, recognising outstanding contribution to the Asian fuel and lubricants industry.

Email marketing campaign

F+L Asia engaged The Content Group to assist with the creation of an email marketing campaign to drive event registrations and launch the new F+L Awards initiative.  We were responsible for developing the campaign strategy, email creative design and development, alongside crafting persuasive messaging to drive business outcomes.

The campaign we delivered included a series of targeted emails highlighting significant news and information, and showcasing noted speakers, in order to spark intrigue and encourage sign up. The personalised communications generated strong open rates, click-through rates, and event registrations.
